Returns & Refunds

We offer refunds only in cases where the order is received in a damaged condition.

To initiate a refund request, please email us at care@ezeepack.com with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery.

Once verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only until they are dispatched.

To cancel your order, please contact us at care@ezeepack.com with your order details.

Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

Non-Returnable Items

Sample kits are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances.
